The moving team was very polite, and efficient. Loved them!
The office team needs to be clearer beforehand that you're being charged for the drive to meet you and the drive they make back to their office; Instead of just being charged for driving your stuff from point A to B.
Also since you're being charged hourly, most of the IPAD signatures/paperwork should be done via email before the move.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will get with our staff to make sure this is extremely clear. Unfortunately, we do require paperwork on moving day as so much can change.

Our moving crew was the best we’ve ever had. We are military and have moved about 9 times so that says a lot! It was insanely hot out and the men never complained and were kind, patient and hard working the entire time. Do not lose these employees! Hard workers are hard to find! I would hire this crew again in a heartbeat

All 5 men you sent worked extremely hard all day. We had a large move plus it was upstairs! They never complained and took goid care of the furniture. You should be very proud of all 5 men. They all deserve a raise and a good bonus!!!

Our move today was excellent (6/23) and the 3 men were very professional and helpful. They took very good care of our belongings and were extremely curtious. If we need moving help in the future, we'll definitely give Two Men and a Truck a call!
