The two men (Davante and Julius) were a great team, worked well together, and were friendly and outgoing. They graciously accepted the challenge of a flight of stairs with a heavy sofa bed. They were careful about walls in both residences. Their uniforms were clean and they were very professional. I would hire them again in an instant.

For the most part service was good. I had well-packed items broken and beds not set up right.

Overall very good but they did struggle with a large heavy wooden wardrobe chest and damaged it some in the move - they also damaged 2 walls we had to repair in order to close on the sale of our home.

The young men were very polite and cooperative. They worked hard. I had to move suddenly and they did their best for me.
Perhaps a little coaching in loading the storage unit may be a good idea. Not sure here it could have been me too and the stress.
Thank you and I would definitely use you again. The office staff were very pleasant and open to giving me excellent service. Matt even relayed a message to me that was important.

My movers Dustin andamp; Tommy were incredible! They contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival, arrived on time and greeted me with smiles. My move was estimated at 3 hours but, from the moment they arrived they went to work. Dustin went over the paperwork with me made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions. These guys were beyond courteous, professional, efficient and FAST! They made sure my furnishings were wrapped well so that nothing would get damaged! This company andamp; itandacirc;??s employees are top of the line! I will always use 2 men and a truck and will recommend others use them also! I have experienced 7 moves with this co. over last 11 years, this is only one, extremely disappointing , men seemed to have no concept of my need for timely move, they moved like they had a week instead of 6 hrs allotted and one talked on phone until we complained to crew leader and were compensated for at the end of the move, they had , no boxes , no appliances, no clothing, no tools or lawn equip. to move, only, lv.rm, dining and 2 bedroom suites, from a 900 sq ft condo, they dropped my dresser, took finish off of legs of my TV credenza, dresser and top of my China cabinet ,all furniture in question was new 2.5 yrs ago and had never been moved, paid painter $2600.00 for complete repaint of walls and trim in new home and they knocked paint off doorway and scratched walls.
