These office staff was very kind and considerate of my needs. The two that arrived for pickup, let me know by phone they were going to arrive early and met me at the destination. These two mover exceeded my expectations and will use them again in the future.

Our movers, Josh andamp; Robert were great! They took care of all our items in a very professional and timely matter. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again for our packing and moving needs!

The movers were 5 hours late and with two small children it was inconvenient. Although the movers were very polite and were trying hard. I was told that the office would call me in concern of the wait time and damage to our headboard. No one called. I have had to call three times and still no one has come to fix the headboard and it has been 23 days. I was told the franchise owner would call to offer some sort of conpensation due to our 5 hour wait time and still no call. Terrible customer service!

The team, Yancy,Josh andamp; Napoleon were absolutely great! They worked relentlessly for 11 hours straightandacirc;??andacirc;??- to say the least ,it was a difficult move. But they were patient, kind, just good attitude. Could not have ask for more than they did.

Willie and Javan did an excellent job moving my 17.5' x 7.5' heavy sectional entertainment center cabinets. Willie is outstanding as he helped on the packing days, and moving day in addition to this job of moving the entertainment center cabinets. The office provided same day service Monday as discussed with Yancey on the prior Saturday. Very pleased with the organization. Estimate were within the 10% range as well.
