I thought that , overall, the team did very well. We had confidence in their moving our belongings. However, I was a little disappointed in that they were not as experienced in moving my piano as I was led to believe by the rep that I spoke with when booking this move. It did eat up some time and I thought we could have received a little more credit as a result.

I thought I would be saving money by picking a company that charged by the hour since I did a lot of the work before they got there. I staged most of our boxes right next to the front door and took apart furniture before they got there. They did not use blankets on all the furniture like they said they would and so some was damaged. They moved so slow even the foreman commented to me he didn’t know where they all were at one point. They damaged the wood floor with several scratches at the house we moved into. And they couldn’t take all our stuff because they didn’t pack their trucks well enough. We were moved into that house with two trucks and so they should have been able to move us out with two trucks. I won’t use them again.

Office should pick up the phone when customers call.

The FL guys were great. The Boston guys were ok. They failed to wrap many of our items properly and we have lots of damage. The foreman did try to get to get more blankets but was told by his office that they were limited to 36 blankets. As a result, we have five damaged chairs, cabinets, and pictures. We still are missing a piece of one our lamps. This is unacceptable.

- They put stuff carelessly in boxes.
- Not enough boxes

The gentleman that came from Orlando, Florida. James was wonderful. I was very stressed with this move and he made it very easy. His helpers we’re also very nice and very respectful.
The gentleman that set my move up by the name of Steve from Leesburg, Florida it was also very nice and helpful.
My move went smooth and with no problems. Very nice company and I would highly recommend them.

My experience from the very beginning speaking with Steve to the very end of moving into our new home I was extremely happy. The whole team were professional, friendly and careful with our things.

Ordered and quoted two wardrobes, did not come, moving team said will pack clothes in tv carton & move to wardrobe before putting in storage. Clothes delivered all wrinkled in same tv carton.
Not all boxes were loaded do to lack room on truck, do to poor packing? When truck arrived from storage there was plenty of room. Had to rent truck to move into storage unit myself, cost around $300.
Furniture was wrapped and still received chips in wood. Moving in/out of storage?

Ordered and on quote two wardrobe did not receive, clothes placed in a tv carton. Was told they would be placed in wardrobe before storage. Delivery was in same tv carton. Not all items to be moved, (were on quote) would fit on truck. Had to rent a truck and storage room for items left behind. Some damage to furniture noticed after move. Crew that delivered to new home excellent, fast, efficient & knowledgeable. Out of pocket expenses for rental of truck and one week storage was just under $300

This was a great company to use for a last minute request to travel to another state, so that was excellent. Unfortunately, our sofa was musty and smelly when it arrived at the destination. I believe the covers they used to wrap the sofa were very smelly and musty and therefore transferred that to my furniture. We had to purchase many deodorizers and that never helped so we had to spend money on a slip cover and that odor still comes through.
