Every piece of furniture that was moved was scratched or dented. Movers had many challenges in assembling items I provided manufacturer instructions for. I didn’t feel that they were as efficient or experienced as the team I had when Two Men And A Truck handled my last move 7 years ago.

I just feel the “Port to Port” pricing and “rounding up” of hours is pretty unfair. I understand paying for truck time while they’re driving between the two move locations but not from your warehouse to my house. Especially since it’s at least half an hour away. But it’s good service at least.

Jonathan, we're sorry you don't agree with the manner in which we price our moves. We do attempt to be as transparent as possible when explaining our pricing up front and by providing everything in writing. When computing the final cost we round up to the closest 1/4 hour, which we feel is a win-win for both our customers and our company. We're glad you received good service and we appreciate your business. Thank you for your input.

My movers, Val and Josue, were on time, very friendly and understanding, worked quickly, and took care of all of my stuff. They even came in under their projected cost! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
