Took longer than expected and I had multiple damaged items and I never heard back

The movers were very nice and efficient with getting all of our items wrapped and loaded onto our truck. We did have one large dent put into our apartment wall which was the only downside to the service.

The move went well enough. They sent TWICE as many men as they said they would and charged me TWICE as much as the quote. I suppose they did get it done in twice the time, BUT it was done in about 20 minutes. So they getting it done in 20 vs 40 minutes was good for them but I got charged for two extra hours that I should not have. They also charged me for blankets when I had blankets there.
