They didn’t give our movers a big enough truck so not everything fit. We had to rent a truck the next day and finish the move. Spent 2k and still had to move ourselves. That said, the movers were great.

Kimberly, we are so sorry we were not able to fit everything into the truck. We do our best to try to estimate the amount of items we're moving and if it's determined everything won't fit in one truckload, we would then recommend a 2nd truck. Based on the information we had, it appeared the truck was only going to be 67% full. We apologize that you had to rent another truck to finish the job, but we're pleased to know you had a great experience with your team. Thank you for your input. We will discuss this with both the sales and the operations teams in order to avoid situations such as this in the future.

My team of movers were awesome. I was expecting 2 movers and ended up with 4. They were all very courteous and treated my furniture with great care. Ray was wonderful and supervised his crew well. This was my second move using Two Men and a Truck. I hope to never move again but should it come up I will certainly use your services a third time.

The moving team we had this time was sub par. Emmon (sp) had an bad “attitude” right from the start. Unfortunately, he & my husband did not get along & some misunderstanding ensued. Once that was straightened out then Emmon (seemed to be the “director” of the 2 movers) continued his attitude. Furniture wasn’t wrapped, mistreated and a leg broken on a couch. I could go on but am running out of room

Your guys worked so hard and never took breaks. The move took almost 7 hours! They were careful with our furniture and belongings and wow, do they know how to pack a storage unit perfectly!
