The three young men who assisted in moving my household from the storage unit to my home, Joshua, Ray and Odane were upbeat, professional and very personable. They paid attention to detail and when I mentioned that an item was fragile, antique or needed a special touch, they handled it with the care I was hoping for. The team worked very well together and coordinated everything very smoothly.

The moving team was professional, the fee that I 2as charged was 3x of the quote. My quote was for 2 movers for about 3 hours. Three movers showed up for the move. They were there for about 3 hours @ $175 per hour per my quote, I was billed over 1,000.00 for the move. Please help me understand why I am being charged almost double from what my quote was.

Ryan, it's hard to know exactly what happened which caused your move to take twice as long as we estimated. You had a moving team that included some seasoned employees, so the best guess is there was either a lot more furniture to move than we knew about, there could have been stairs, an elevator or a long walk back and forth from the truck, or some furniture that was difficult to disassemble or reassemble. These are the types of scenarios we run into that cause a move to go longer. If you'd like to discuss this in more detail, please call our office at 407-852-1777 and one of our managers can look into your specific situation.

John and Carl were outstanding! Kept us updated on their arrival time, went through step by step what they would be doing. Handled everything with care, didn't "dilly dally" with their work, kept moving to get the job done ahead of estimated time. Will be using John and Carl again for the final move from storage to new home.
