the latest movie was given low stars because the drivers were late I had to wait an hour and a half at Rooms To Go to meet the drivers to pick up furniture for the move.
The crew was excellent no complaints again my issue was the hour and a half waiting at the store due to the late arrival of the crew that I was told was late due to being caught in traffic by logistics

I had a wonderful experience with Two Men and a Truck in Casselberry! This was my fifth time using the company (various locations), and my best move yet. It was a big job that involved moving furniture from one house to another, moving furniture at the second house into the garage, transporting a treadmill, switching out sets of laundry appliances, and negotiating a porch with steps and the tight spaces that come with an older house. The team was not only careful with all my family’s belongings, but also extremely thoughtful about placement when I wasn’t sure what might fit where and just truly enjoyable company for the nearly five-hour job. I would request them—Davis, Bagwell, and Sayles—and recommend them again and again. Can’t say thank you enough to the movers and the very friendly and patient office team, Sabrina and Angely!

Although, Ciara was very professional and initially earned my business, the transaction was agreed upon.
The fact that YOUR COMPANY choose to dispatch your team before the pre scheduled agreed time does not become an authorized surcharge able item.
We had specifically scheduled an arrival time of
9:15 to 9:30 your team chose to arrive at 8:30 and my Agent Doug Johns arrived at 9:05 to be on time.
Since your team waited for his timely arrival they billed for the additional time, surpassing the agreed 4 hours.
This was a very simple move planned out to go off without a hitch and your company threw a curve ball at my expense.
Sorry, but that does not sit well with my Credit Card. Respectfully, Richard

I find out that the leather chair in storage the two men and a truck put in storage from my now sold house is not suppose to be wrapped in cellophane wrap. It will cause mold on leather and deteriorate the leather. I have to go back and remove the wrapping. The leather recliner is not completely wrapped so besides having to move around a tight space and the care not to cut the leather it can be done. Besides this incident the men were courteous, professional and expedient. I think to inform the movers of this fact is a very good thing to know in the future for all of your moving teams. The moving team did not know how to properly handle large or heavy furniture. They damaged 4 items and irreparably broke another item. When placing heavy items, they did not take care of the flooring surfaces and put several gouges in the wood laminate. I believe that much of the damage was caused by the trainee that the crew had with them. I heard the seasoned crew members correct his carrying methods and other techniques several times. I personally witnessed the trainee break shelves out of a bookcase by picking it up incorrectly. Whatever training this person had prior to my move was woefully inadequate. I would not use this company again.

Some property and wall damage occurred, nothing major. Many heavier items were just left in garage instead of asking where to put them. (Book boxes, safe).

My first experience with two men and a truck, was 10/3/19, with the Lakeland Franchise on 3220 Atlantic Avenue, the two young men Janell and Dawson, were on time . They worked quickly and were able to complete my move in the shortest amount of time saving me money, deserving a good tip! I had to move my daughter, the following week and was pleased with the work ! So I, had two men in a truck from Casselberry , FL 310 Anchor Rd, move my daughter on 10/9/19. The two men Davis and Bagwell were on time, moved quickly to get the job done. Both moves were on schedule and on time. Thank you, for that it saved me money!
Safety concern , no hand trucks for stacked boxes , just muscle work, and the ramps from truck did not support for heavy items (trampoline effect)! Overall good!

Broke shelf in wooden hutch. Broke off 3 casters on 2 different pieces of furniture. Lord only knows where the casters ended up. One can't be repaired. Disassembled trundle bed. Found one of 8 bolts for us to put back together. Left plastic on several pieces of furniture. Put boxes in wrong rooms that were clearly marked with room to go in to. Etc
