Our team did their best to help, including providing an extra mover at no cost and a discount on your service. Unfortunately, without your U-Haul on-site when we arrived, we weren’t able to begin loading as scheduled.
We do want to resolve any concerns about your furniture and are happy to discuss this further. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can work with you on a fair solution.

TaJuan Devlin and Jaquez were fantastic and hrs working movers. Very professional and showed up to the job prepared. Had a great attitude the entire time and were extremely helpful. They both went above and beyond. Would totally recommend them!

My husband and I had a great experience with the entire team. Everyone worked well together; from the office staff to the moving crew. The team was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, on time and listened to our needs. We couldn’t ask for more. This was a very difficult move for our family and they made it a seamless task for us. We are so grateful!
