From start to finish, our moving experience with Two Men and a Truck was so easy and stress-free. The team that came out to load everything up and move us into our new home was absolutely wonderful. Move went great! The "Two Guys" did a great job at wrapping everything and taking care during the move. Probably our first move where nothing was scratched damaged. Very happy with the office as well. Great communications and concern for the customer. Movers and the office were both very professional.

Your office staff are rude and unhelpful for the most part.
Your movers/packers are thieves and rude at times.
I would never ever work with your company again and be sure to let others know NOT TO USE your company in Florida or elsewhere.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way about your move. According to our records, your items were packed on July 28 and moved the following day, with everything loaded and unloaded the same day — no storage was involved.

I will never use this company again and have told all the neighbors in the development to avoid as well. Complete over charge on the bidding estimate. When trying to call the office the day of the move to discuss, there was no answer or call back. Louis was the only bright spot in the process, he was the driver and main mover.

During your move, the combined weight of your shipment came in at 9,100 lbs., which is above the 7,500 lb. threshold for a single truck. For safety and compliance reasons, a second truck was necessary to complete the move. You agreed to a binding estimate for two trucks. You agreed to the price in writing 4 different times. So imagine our shock when our trucks are halfway to South Carolina and all of a sudden you call upset because you can no longer financially afford your move. We’re sorry to hear about your financial situation but that does not remove the work you agreed to pay for and work that was already performed for you.
