This is the experience SUCKED! My clothes that were hanging nicely on the rack, shoved into a box! Half my clothes have to the dry cleaners to get the wrinkles out, especially the dress, that I thought would be hanging in a wardrobe crumbled in a heap! I'm SURE THERE WILL BE MORE STUFF BROKEN OR TOTALLY NO REGARD FOR MY STUFF!!!!

My experience with the entire Team was great. Friendly, Helpful and Professional - including the young gentlemen that re-explained the Plan using a Tablet ( I love the efficiency) which I signed after going over the Plan I had previously agreed to. A Great Value too. The actual cost was Less than the Estimate!

Movers left w/o saying they're done or me signing. Saw them outside w/ paperwork, on the phone, walking away. Went out 15 min after to see how much was on the truck but it was gone. Tried calling the movers from multiple phones but no answer and we never heard back. Movers also rearranged existing box piles, ignoring Fragile/Do Not Stack labels. Some broken items (including family heirlooms).

The two guys arrived an hour late and took two hours more than expected, it looked like one of them was new unfortunately and holding things back. I had to cancel my plans and lost tickets I had bought, on top of that had to pay more due to the time it took. Last year’s experience was positive, this one was not.
