The drivers were prompt and very pleasant as well as helpful. We had two stops planned and they kept everything organized so that our move went even quicker than planned. Took great care of the furniture and equipment, shrink wrapping everything. We couldn't have been more pleased and would definitely hire them again and recommend to others.

The pricing was off by over two hours. To me it was expected. As a selling tool is considered not transparent as it looks good in paper at firts which is considered as being the main idea, to look competitive. The reality is something else.

Response

<div class="bv-review-response-container">
<div>We are sorry that you are not happy. Our estimates are determined by a computer program, based on input given to our customer service reps from the customer. We never intentionally underestimate moves. Sometimes things happen - elevators are slow, there are more boxes to be moved than initially discussed, etc. We do apologize for the discrepancy.</div>

The crew showed up when they said they would. They did a walk through to access what needed to be done. They got to work and did what they needed to do. Even did a few things that were not asked of them but they were happy and careful to do it. ( moving computers and sensitive equipment ). Overall very happy with the experience and they were done in the original amount of time that was estimated by your office, just over 4 hours. Thank You.

Lucia Arne was just marvelous in helping me set up your service while out of state. Very caring but also very capable.
Kudos to Lucia and to Two Men and a Truck for what is clearly a well run organization.

Oh, and the fact that TMAAT do so much community service also helped in deciding to use your service. Many thanks!
