I think the job was really stretched out. My move was literally across the street, everything was covered and shrink wrapped for a long journey. Blankets could have been used for most of the furnishings . Also, I had 2 refrigerators that had working ice machines and currently have neither one properly connected. They basically said that it wasn't their problem.

Thank you for your feedback, Mary. I looked into this for you and it looks like your final bill came in under the estimate provided. While we understand that moving nearby may make it tempting to take less time protecting items, care for our customer's belongings is our top priority. We use the proper protection whether our customer is moving across the street or across the country. Unfortunately, due to liability reasons we cannot disconnect or reconnect water lines within a home on any appliances. I will work with your move team to ensure they are able to properly communicate that on future moves, and I do apologize if there was any miscommunication about that. We are very sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your move. If we can do anything to change your mind, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. Your company was professional, timely, and there were no hidden fees which resulted in a cost effective move. The moving team was efficient, respectful and took great care with moving my items. I couldn’t have asked for a greater experience. Thank you again!!

Moving is stressful (as you know) so it was very nice to have these 2 really nice guys who were fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I will use Two Men and a Truck when I'm ready to get out of my storage unit. Thank you!

Excellent service!!! The two movers were fantastic, very professional and friendly. All my furniture and items were wrapped and handled with care. They dissembled and resembled my furniture quickly and carefully. Did not waste any time. I would highly recommend Two Men and A Truck.
