The number of trucks and personnel showed up on time, dressed well and in good demeanor! They did everything your sales rep promised AND MORE!! The entire team was very easy to work with and followed instructions and moved amazingly fast. From beginning to the end of the move which was a full day, they were great. I am so appreciative of their hard work and positive interaction with our staff! Thanks for doing such a great job, I love this team!

I have moved many times in my life, but the team that moved last week was the best I ever had. They did not waste a single minute, but kept working every second. They were also very courteous and were extremely careful with my belongings. The team that moved me were great ambassadors for your company. I could not have been any more pleased.

Advised office staff pick-up address was difficult to find and they assured me that GPS would be fine. They got lost per driver, refused to take two lamps which we told office staff was part of move, driver said needed boxing not part of quote, office said no problem they could wrap lamps. Will have to pick up lamps at later date. Was charged for 2.25hrs even though they got lost and per phone call it was less than two hours. Three bamboo chairs were added to pick up I wasn’t aware of and we were charged for them. Driver was surely, not quite rude, but close. Not a real positive experience that could have been with some courtesy and apparent overcharge.

From the very beginning and throughput my move I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. The only thing I was disappointed with was the company did not offer military or disabled veterans discounts on services.
