Overall it was a very good experience, the movers team was very polite and did a professional job. The only less positive point is that at one stage it seemed that they were stretching the service time so it would reach 2 hours...

The moving team was awesome!! Best team I have had (3rd move)! I would recommend this team to my friends and request them specifically if I moved again.

My only disappointment was to learn at the end of the move that your company would not accept my personal check as payment. This is contrary to the previous two times that I used Two Men & a Truck.

Overall everything was good. The only thing I could complain about is, when I went to put together my 4 month old sectional I found 2 separate tears along the bottom edge. The guys pushed each piece thru the doors at the pick up place, so I think that is where the damage occurred.

The initial contact was fine but the order of moving my appliance was incorrect and the movers were very inexperienced. My appliances and both residences incurred damage, specifically a staircase, appliances, walls and doors. I contacted the office to report the damages and after several phone calls, TJ, resolved the issues by refunding a portion of the charges. Thank you.

They both were very curious and knowledgeable. Liked them as soon as we met them. Would use again.
