Tori in the office was very helpful, we had to have some paperwork completed which too a bit of back and forth to get just right, but it was done quickly and courteously! The three men that did the move were on time, polite, and extremely careful. They even picked up additional business with other customers while assisting with my move!

We did not do a good job coming to an understanding what we needed done for the move. They thought the move might take an additional truck then communication was not very good from that point on. The closing of the house moved up a few days so I called to move up the delivery and was told you might be able to move it up 1 day but did not confirm. I called and left a message to try and confirm the delivery date and never received a return call. The driver that made the delivery was in town a day early but nobody communicated that we wanted to move up the delivery so he was in a hotel waiting for a full day where he could have delivered our stuff.

Overall great experience with Two Men and a Truck. My movers showed up early to get the move started ahead of schedule which I preferred. They were efficient in loading up the truck from my storage unit and home. Did the job quickly but carefully as well.

Max and Darius were amazing from start to finish. They remained positive, prompt and helpful throughout the entire process. We felt they took very good care of our belonging especially given this was a long distance move. The level of professionalism was above our expectations. These men worked hard to get the job done from the very beginning until the end. We can not say enough good things about our movers.

I’m terrible with names but the two guys could not be better. I would recommend them to my mother!!!

The workers that came did not have any tools to do the job with them they had to wait for me to come back to the location to use my tools to do the job. I was very displeased with that situation. Also there was part of my bedroom furniture that was missing and I was told that it was among the things and it was not there. Luckily I found it myself back at the house I was moving from on the porch where they left the two wood pieces from my set.

I was very impressed with your service. Your team of movers was exceptional! They were incredibly hard-working, polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend your business.

Mikol Johnson and Maxi Dorleans were phenomenal. From their arrival to their departure, they were professional, positive, and made the moving experience stress-free. They seamlessly navigated a tricky unloading parking situation, and handled all items with care. Based on their excellent performance, I have already recommended Two Men and a Truck to friends.

The three men on my job were really nice and reassuring and polite. Unfortunately, after unloading most of my possessions, the team leader apparently was angry and swearing at the people in authority at my new senior housing and they made them reload my things and leave the premises. I sat in a wheelchair in my empty apartment for another three hours until a new team of three men came back and brought up my furniture. All the men on both teams were nothing but nice to me. It was a problem with slow elevators and some of the,people in wheelchairs were upset, I heard. There was damage on two of my pieces as well. I am awaiting a partial refund, arranged by the CEO of this building. My move was on July 31 and today is August 9. It was a nightmare move this time.
