My only real critiques is with the quote process and communication on the day of the move. The original quote was honored but there was some question if it would be on the say of scheduling the moving. On the day of the move the crew was to arrive between 9-10 am. There was no call they would be arriving latter. I had to call twice to see when they would arrive. The crew finally arrived at my home at 2:30 in the afternoon.

This was the first time I have ever used a moving company and I couldn’t be more happy! Will absolutely using this company in the future

The 3 young men that did the move were courteous and careful with the antique furniture , especially one oversized armoire. Just a pleasant experience.

On the day of my move, their truck broke down. I was very upset about this as I had other scheduled deliveries at my new house that day and although they said they would be there as soon as the truck was fixed, I had to be at the new house then to accept deliveries. I was pretty upset and stressed about that but I will say that Frederick in the office was EXCELLENT and when I said I had to move that day .. and if they could not be there at the time they said they would (9 am) the only other time I could be available that day was 4:30 due to the deliveries in the afternoon. Frederick was great, polite, accommodated me and got three men there at 4:30 to make sure I was moved in the day I requested. So although the time changed, I was very impressed with Fredericks customer service.

Damages during move were claimed day after and we have not heard anything since.

These movers were great. My initial contact with the office was straightforward, no nonsense. I was given a time that the movers would arrive, and they arrived exactly when promised. The 2 guys were pleasant, efficient, and careful with my stuff. When we arrived at my destination, the unpacking process was quick, and the movers even helped my rearrange and move a couple of other things in my home. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.
