I was quoted 3-4 hours the move lasted 8 hours for a 2bedroom apartment my walls were destroyed and my tv broken they sent me 2 men and it was more like 1

I was genuinely impressed with the entire operation. We opted to have our items packed and the same guys that packed it were the ones who moved it. They were extremely respectful and went above in beyond with their organization, punctuality, and communication.

Kim and his team were professional and friendly. They did efficiently and I was satisfied with the move.

When the young man came in, they seem to have not known of the multiple bins, I have they kept thinking they were moving boxes and a lot of furniture. That was the first mistake.

The second mistake was, they didn’t have the right equipment to bring stuff out of the house, which made it very difficult for them to maneuver certain things I had. it, but they made the best with what they had to work

Sometimes it’s hard to get through on the phone, but other times not.
Please notice the language used when moving as it’s not to everyone’s taste. Please don’t put down people working. Please add encouragement and positivity.
