The moving dolly brought for the job could have been bigger and more robust. A large hand truck with built in straps would have been more appropriate for the job.

It was just overall so great. They were completely clear about how to take furniture apart and put back together. They even went the extra mile and moved things at the new location. They were warm, friendly, and reassuring. Moving is anxiety provoking and hard! They made it a nice, smooth transition. I would recommend your company and Ross and Ceasar to anyone!!!! Thank you!

The moving team was both friendly and professional, and took very good care of all our items. They also quickly made friends with our dog, and I think she misses them and wishes they were moving in too! The four guys worked very well together as a team, and the entire move went smoothly and quickly. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
