The crew which came out to do the moving was great! They arrived 40 minutes late but hustled to make up for it! No notice from office about a delayed start. The meet my expectations and were finished by 2:00 my desired completion time. The tablet failed to link and I stated I could drop by the office and pay the bill as I had a Dr’s appointment. Stopped at the office an hour and ten minutes late!

They were a great crew, careful with my items, asked before doing some tasks and stayed late to complete a really big job.

Hayes and Allen were extremely polite and professional. We really appreciated the courtesy call to let us know they were o their way and their thorough explanations of everything they were doing.

Skyler & Uzay (I am sorry for spelling his name wrong) were friendly, professional and efficient. I did state I was in a budget and needed to keep the move under 5 hours and it went over 45 minutes because of the extra time Skyler was training/instructing and stopping to fold blankets and roll up straps before the truck was empty. The truck should be emptied first, then tidied up.

I was very happy with my moving team and the overall experience. The team was prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient. As difficult as moving is they made it much easier.
