Original Crew was not prepared to move piano- they said that they would adjust Price but they did not.. Supervisor was called and then everything went smoothly... piano got moved quickly and efficiently. I felt that price should have been adjusted- if second crew would have started job - I believe it would have been done 30- 45 minutes quicker!!!! Marvin Bush

The office staff and communication prior to moving was great. The movers arrived on time and gave 100 percent effort and went way beyond expectations to help us in every way. Quade and Carlos were professional and yet friendly. I recommend them highly. We appreciate the company’s philosophy and excellent service. Thank you!

My experience with the moving team was great, however when they arrived they had the wrong address so we’re late in getting started and when they did arrive, were not expecting the size of the move. The office worker had not gotten enough details and the move took longer then anticipated. The truck was not big enough and we ended up having to move 4 trailer loads ourselves
The moving crew were excellent in moving forward and having great attitudes.

Liam and Jon were very professional and did an outstanding job moving our furniture from a rental house to our newly purchased house. They made sure our furniture was well-protected during the move. They also made sure we were happy with the placement of our furniture before they left. We enjoyed working with them and are happy to recommend them to others.

Quite a bit of damage was done, broken glass in china hutch, drywall broke, and floors scratched, roller makes left on floor because no running or covering was put down, until I requested it. Movers that were sent could not handle moving a piano, although I was assured the movers that were sent had experience with moving pianos. Was told I would receive a phone call regarding repairs, never received one, I had to call. Floors were never repaired, always had to call to find our what was being done. No response was given, except not responsible. No one ever reached out to me. Rude.

Arrived in the window of time they said they would, were courteous, moved efficiently and overall provided great service.

We scheduled our service with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK last minute after our prior moving service bailed days before being needed. Upon calling, the staff was more than willing to send out 4 people as requested and in a company van as opposed to a big truck (my apartment complex has tight parking and we were moving our stuff via a 28 foot semi trailer). The staff moved quickly to secure us a moving team and catered to our needs! And after the unloading crew showed up on the move-in day, they were able to unload and move everything up to the second floor in a very quick and efficient manner. The boys were professional acting and had an excellent attitude. Overall, I was extremely happy with how fast service was able to be scheduled and how responsible the unloaders were able to unpack.

The moving team that worked on our move was excellent; hard working, attended to every detail, and we enjoyed working with them!!!! The communication around the move could have been better. Left messages with the office but most of the calls were never returned. The Move Consultant related later they were having trouble with the voice mail system. Have to work with the manager of the move to finally get a final bill. Great movers, would use them again, they need to improve their communication and office operations.
