The two movers were great! Very professional and quick! Went above and beyond. Very friendly.

My movers were scheduled to arrive between 9-10 AM on December 26th. I called dispatch at 10:15 as they had not yet shown up, and left a message. Dispatch called me back to see if I wanted to pay extra to add a third guy. When I brought up the fact that they weren't there yet, I was told that they had a bunch of people call out because it's the day after a holiday. It's not my fault Two Men and a Truck are open the day after a holiday. You offered to move me on the 26th, and to arrive between 9-10. Plus, are you late because people called in, or do you have so many guys that you have the nerve to call me and ask if I want to pay extra for a third mover? The driver finally calls me to tell me they're leaving at 11. They showed up at 12:15, 2:15-3:15 hours later than I was told. No apology, no offer to reduce my rate or bill, no offer to give me the third mover for free to make up for their issues.
