Our moving team was efficient, hard working, professional, and respectful of the time when helping us move. We felt they were incredibly nice and did a great job taking care of our stuff as if it was their own. This is the second time I’ve used 2 men and a truck, and I will definitely use again in the future!

The experience as a whole was smooth, and most importantly amidst the chaos of moving, easy. Prior to moving day, the office answered all my questions and was responsive, helpful and friendly. On moving day, the movers were punctual and professional. They explained the process to me upon arrival and got right to business shortly thereafter. They finished the job quickly and without any issue.

I have a totally standard 1 bedroom apartment that was quoted for up to 4.5 hours. My move took around 7.5-8 hours. How? It cost me over $1000! I am 1 person living alone in a standard 1 bedroom apartment moving 10 minutes away. Everything was organized and packed in boxes before the movers even arrived. No packing or unpacking was asked of them. Who is to blame. The quote? Or the movers?

Thank you for your feedback regarding your move with us. I am sorry to hear that the move didn't get completed within the original estimated time. We provide estimates for that exact reason, there are many contributing factors that could cause the move to go longer that estimated. The most common factors are elevators, stairs, and long walks to and from the truck. When our crews have determined that the estimate was off, they are trained to get a Revision of Estimate signed. Again, we are sorry that the move took longer than expected and ended up costing more in the end. If you have any questions or concerns please call us at 720-644-2731.
