Process was easy from start to finish. Moving crew was very professional, worked hard and respectful. Shoot out to Quinton for leading the team and offering solutions when the job became bigger than anticipated.
Also appreciated the follow up calls from the office. Very professional operation!

Amy
I had a great experience with Two Men And A Truck from start to finish! The office staff were incredibly communicative, friendly, and helpful. Then my two movers, Kyle and Xavier arrived promptly (a little early actually) and got straight to work! They were great and moved quickly, followed my requests and were super friendly. We had a great 4 hours. Thanks everyone!!!

Hannah
The movers were very slow. The move took 5 hours for a small 1 bedroom apartment with minimal furniture and it was literally just the next building over. It’s obvious they are told to milk the hours. Having carts would be much more efficient. On the move in to the new place the “driver” didn’t bring anything upstairs. The one guy was doing it. I had to help the whole time and still paid $927.
Response
Hannah, thank you for your feedback. That's a pretty serious accusation stating we tell our employees to "milk the clock." We've already had a word with our estimating team. You should have been given a more accurate estimate. Moving from the 5th floor to another 5th floor apartment is going to take time. The average one bedroom apartment move without elevators takes about 3.5 to 4 hours. We wish you the best in your new home.

Excellent service! The team -- Chase, Quintin, and Ismael -- were great, careful, and friendly. They worked hard and fast, yet took the time to be sweet with our baby son. All of our possessions were treated with care and arrived unscathed. Would hire again!

Cynthia
The moving team were lazy. They didn’t move half of what I needed moved. It was one excuse after another. They did not take my boxes or all of the totes. They were in a big hurry to be done with me, get to the next job and be done with work by 1:00pm.
Now I have to go and rent a truck to finish moving.
Office people were fantastic. The movers were awful.
