It was frustrating that you would not install the washer and dryer. I was not aware of that. To leave them in a hallway for me to figure out is not ok. That is why I only gave you 4 stars. You should make it clear that you will not do that. I paid a lot of money for that not to be done.

Alex and Andrew were incredibly professional, quick, and thorough in the moving process. They pointed out things to me ahead of time. I would not only request 2 men and a truck going forward, but ask for those two specifically! They were fantastic.

Under estimated truck needed, sent smaller truck causing two trips to storage unit. Carelessness carrying a few items that caused things to break. Standing on boxes in storage unit crushing them to trying to fit more things in unit. Left without me even being able to close the storage unit. Filed damage claim and no one ever called me to discuss.
