The movers were prompt, friendly, careful and fast energetic movers.

The only thing that was not good was with dispatch and that is that I was told that dispatch would be calling me throughout the morning to update me on when the movers would be finishing their morning move and what time I could expect them. I never got any calls. When we were already into my window (2-5 pm) I called, asked for dispatch, was redirected to another dispatcher who told me he'd check and get back with me. He never did. An hour after that call, I got a call from my movers and they arrived at my first location shortly after.

Called to let them know not to show before 2:30 and when they hadn’t come at 3:30 I called and the office said they cancelled the move. No communication of this to me until I called. Everything was packed and we were just waiting for the truck. Asked about a comp and was told no and if we didn’t like it we could find another mover. I have used you guys before but never again.

Karen in the office gave me a quote that was exactly what the final bill came out to. Vincent and Nick were amazing! I will never use anyone else for our moving needs. Price, quality, dependability all A+++++.

When the team of 2 showed up there was a young strong college guy and an older gentleman, in his fifties. We had told your company we were moving out of a 4 th floor walk up The older guy had a very hard time and things took forever. I had to jump in with my nephew to help, and by help I mean motivate and move items. You quoted us 6 hrs, had I not jumped in it probably would have take them 9. It wasnt fair to the college student he did all he could but you gave a him a partner that couldnt do the job, and I paid for it...

Justin, Francisco and Dakota were extremely courteous, polite and accommodating. They communicated very well with each other and with me, the customer. Their work ethic was beyond all expectations. I've never seen 3 men work so hard and efficiently in my life! I have some heavy and bulky items and never once did they complain or even take a break. I will highly recommend "Two Men and a Truck" in the future!

The move was unexpected due to a death in the family and needed to be completed by the end of the month. The moving team (Lee and Tommy) were courteous, efficient and very understanding- they were remarkable! I’d highly recommend and would call on their services again in the future.
