Laurie was most helpful with information about the company and scheduling in general but had some issues with other staff members regarding scheduling problems which made me choose "good" instead of "excellent" when it came down to overall staff. The movers were great and courteous even when it came down to my arriving late due to traffic, etc. One other comment I would like to make is that being a senior citizen, I could have used some help putting my bed together but overall, my experience with your company was satisfactory.

Brad and Taylor were very professional and took great care in moving all of my items. They worked very quickly and had great and positive attitudes. Would love to have both of them every time I move!!

I’m 78 years old and I have a photo of my great-grandmother that is very special to me. The movers wrapped it so well. I was very impressed with how well they took care of it. They were good at their job and I could tell they enjoyed it. They were great and I enjoyed having them in my home. Also, the estimator gave me a bad feeling because he sounded like a used car salesman.

Can I give more than an “excellent”? The moving crew was professional and really knew what they were doing. No scratches on any of the wood furniture! Office staff (Jason?) was extremely cheerful, helpful and accommodating with our “up in the air” schedule. An all around fantastic experience!

Brad and Tyree were FANTASTIC and a joy to be around. They we MORE than courteous and overall VERY CONCERNED about my belongings. These two men were a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend them as ambassadors for your company.

Bryce and Joey were extremely professional and knowledgeable, and yet frenzy. It was like having my own two sons moving for me. They treated my belongings as if they were their own. They communicated and worked very well together. I have some very heavy furniture, what they called ‘real furniture’, not IKEA, but they kept their spirits up and moved it and we all congratulated each other when it was over. Exceptional experience

My only issue was the cost. I had 3 pieces of relatively light furniture and a bed with about 15 boxes. My bill was $530. That's a lot for a retired woman on a fixed income.
