The gentlemen, D'Angelo and Ray who helped in Texas were friendly, courteous, professional and caring. These two deserve kudos for all they did. Unfortunately the sofa table glass wasn't packed correctly and was shattered upon arrival. D'Angelo was proactive and handled the paperwork immediately. His demeanor was upbeat the entire time, even with the extreme heat. Ray was quiet and diligently worked. Both had positive attitudes and made the experience as pleasant as can be expected. My king size bedframe was missing a wheel, Ray went out and searched the truck, found the wheel and brought it in. Both were very thorough. These two deserve a raise, praise , acknowledgement. Thank you to these two.

The team was very professional, organized and moved our belongings very quickly. They also communicated with both of us throughout the process, which made the move a lot less stressful. I would recommend them without any reservations as a great choice.

The guys, Paul, D and T from Tenn, were great. Polite, courteous & respectful of me and my items.
One area to address is that their manager, Mr. Cornelius called T to discuss an item unrelated to my move. This caused an unnecessary disruption as we were towards the end of the truck unloading. TIME IS MONEY (My Money).
I was extremely displeased with this interruption and made myself very clear to Mr. Cornelius about it while T was on the phone with him.
I understand this wasn’t the first time this has happened, hopefully it will be the last time. Thank you.

The moving team leader rushed me through the pre-move document signing. the moving team destroyed my office desk during the move. The company was only go to authorize was I signed for based on the damages and the coverage I selected. The moving team spent more time socializing than moving. What should have taken 6 hours, took more than 8 because the team was "taking their sweet time" moving my possessions. After using this company for several other moves, the moving team and office team were unhelpful regarding customer service and the damages they caused to my office desk and the damaged incurred at my new house.

The team was professional and efficient. They were friendly during the move and I appreciated the care they took while moving all of my items. I did lose 2 small shelves during the move that I didn’t know were not put in the headboard when I looked in the truck and confirmed it was clear. I would recommend and hire this team again.
