The movers were very nice and the lead movers was very good, it on the whole they were very slow. I’m not sure if that was by design or if the other mover was new, but they moved at a glacial pace. They would only take once piece of furniture at a time to the elevators and would do so together instead of moving as much as they could to the elevator to lessen the back and forth. I also had to help a couple times lifting my couch because the other kid couldn’t do it. He also seemed to be trying as much as he could to do as little as possible be that carrying only a few items at a time or trying to do whatever he could to use the dolly and not lift. But, Carlos the lead mover was excellent.

Overall I thought everything went great, from scheduling to the flexibility and the movers were really professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I was a bit surprised when I heard that there was not going to be a packing service, that I originally asked for. However, I did change the dates, which may have lead to the confusion. The movers were so good about working with me, so all in all it was fast, efficient and worked out great!

The two men who moved us were very thorough and professional. They were very careful to protect the furnishings and to prevent move out damages. Then they made it all fit into a little storage locker! I will definitely call them to move me into my new apartment when I return!
