Several of the boxes were labeled for one room and were left in another. This seemed to happen most often when they used a hand truck to move a stack, delivering it to the label on the topmost box. Some minor breakage. (I watched boxes labeled "fragile" fall to the ground.) In general, team was hardworking and friendly.

Thank you for your feedback on your most recent move with us. I am terribly sorry that our crew didn't take the time to organize and properly distribute the boxes that were marked. Colton was 5 Star. I would highly recommend Colton to be on any team. The reason I did not rate my crew super high stars is because I was not impressed with the efforts of the other two crew members that Colton had with him. In my opinion, which may be too harsh. I just did not feel as if these guys had the assertion and motivation and strength that Colton had. Colton had top notch work ethic.

My move went great! I was so impressed with the guys that handled my move - they were incredibly efficient and professional. They didn't have any issues with a few of my pieces of furniture that past movers struggled with (i.e. a "L" shaped couch that was upstairs). Super nice guys and they did a great job!
