Really lovely experience with this team! From being on the phone with Kai who was very kind and personable, to our moving team themselves being very amiable, they really helped make what was a not-fun experience (moving our stuff from a garage to storage due to our apartment's rules, and needing to do it very quickly) into a really smooth and easy process. Amazing group of guys. The two gentleman that helped me move were conscientious, sensitive to the delicate nature of what was being moved and also smiling the whole time. I would recommend the team of two movers to anyone without any reservations whatsoever.

If I had not been here to assist, Aabbee would have broken the mirror on my headboard. He is inexperienced and not adequately trained. They dented my fridge, and tore large holes in the linoleum which now has to be replaced. Also, Tyler said they couldn’t fit the fridge. I later found out, all that was necessary was to remove the doors of the fridge. Im very disappointed, but await your response

This entire team was awesome! The office staff was professional, pleasant and made the initial process very easy. The moving team was prompt, polite and very professional. They handled my belongings (and me!) with care and kindness. They brought calm and confidence to what could have been a chaotic and stressful event.

I can’t think you guys enough. Dealing with Kai was amazing. The Movers that showed up were prompt careful and extremely personable. They worked hard and efficiently completed my move in four hours from the point of pick up to drop off. I can’t thank you all enough.
