Excellent service from scheduling through the day of the move at a reasonable price. This was the second time the team at Two Guys moved me within a year and both experiences were great! Shawn and Mario were wonderful help for my move. They were professional, helpful, and careful. I was a bit shocked to see the office team did not prepare them with a drill for disassembling furniture, which significantly impacted the amount of time (and money) required for the move. It felt a bit intentional that the company would cause them to take longer with only using a screwdriver.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lack of a drill on-site. Our teams carry standard hand tools for basic disassembly, but not power tools unless specifically requested in advance. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to improve our communication for future moves.

The only good experience was the positive get it done attitude of the men that came. They were not knowledgeable about our contract and the checkout was a mess. They said we're being charged a fuel charge (not the case), and had to get on with the home office in front of us several times. Then they lost our rented dolly. Scratched our washer dryer. Terrible upper mngt problem resolution.

I greatly appreciate you accommodating my last minute move. The two movers were very efficient, hardworking, and pleasant. Mine was their second move of the day but they worked late to get it done.
