The 'extra' charges and expenses were not mentioned prior to the movers showing up to move me. The $60 for insurance to cover your company for damage against my items and this should already be in your per hour charges. I already have homeowners/renters insurance in the amount of $100,000 at a cost of $140 a year which covered my move. I was told I would be double charged for the time to drive to the new location - explanation for this charge was for the extra fees for the truck on the highway, which again is in your hourly rate. Extra hwy. charges are on Oversized loads, not this truck. The guys put the legs to my dining table in an open box with garage items and damaged one leg to my table, they marked walls, broke an outside light, and left the screws to my dresser in my last place

Everything went very satisfactory, except one bag containing two gray blanks and some paperwork did not get delivered to the new address. I would appreciate your asking Jose and Kevin, my movers if they found it.

I needed to find a local mover in a relatively short time, and Two Men was able to offer late-notice availability. All prices and services were as described. I had a few items damaged in the move, however, was absolutely thrilled that the office took care of replacements and reimbursements. Would highly recommend.

My TV was broken, I did not hear anything back yet about a replacement. Overall experience has been good but I expected to already be contacted about the replacement. I would like to be contacted Monday morning.

The move to our new location went flawlessly. The movers (all 4 of them) were very polite and helpful. The truck arrived on time and delivered the articles to our new home on time as well. No complaints about the whole process.

The threesome that did our move were polite, friendly, courteous, and very professional. If we need to move again I would love to have the same threesome. They took great care to protect our furniture including the piano. They took care in moving things so as not to damage walls, ceilings, and floors. They kept an eye out for our cats so they didn't get out. If I was asked to give a star rating it would be a 10 with all pros and no cons. Thank you again for all your help and support in our move. Movers knocked down going down my staircase a small piece of furniture and it scarred me that it was damaged. Luckily nothing happened. The drivers were also 45 minutes late in the morning then what I was told would be arrival time. Overall though move went smooth it was stressful but that is what moving is all about. Thanks for everything

Experience was great. The movers and packers were great. Appreciate the hard work.

I think they crew did a good job considering everything that needed to be moved but there was a lot of damage done to my furniture and also my brand new home that they moved it into. I felt like they were not being a careful as they could have been. Also, wrapping furniture just in shrink wrap doesn't protect it. Everything that was just wrapped in shrink wrap alone was damaged. The few items that were wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap actually had no damage at all.

We hired your company because our washer/dryer delivery company would not deliver up to our second floor. But we had to pay you a 3 hour minimum for only 15 minutes of work.
