There were 3 guys and two of the guys did all the loading and unloading only. It seems it was a waste of our money to have the extra guy therewith the ipad. The guys broke couple of plastic bins but let us know which was a good thing. At the new house the movers made marks on one of the doors and several walls. Also, the matresses were not wrapped and our mattress cover got black dirt on it.

I live in Florida and needed to help move my best friend in Sacramento, CA. I did everything over the phone. Thank you for providing the information to make this move as least expensive as possible but providing the best service. THANKS Jim

The workers were very nice, but 2 were new to the company and new to moving. This lead to damage to 2 of our dining room chairs where as they were not properly packed in the truck which allowed them to fall breaking a couple of pieces. We were apprised by the team leader and a supervisor (Neil) on site that they would be repaired and a claim would be opened. We received a phone call that the insurance that we purchased was not going to cover us for that repair and thus Neil would come out himself and see what he could do. At this time we have not heard again from the company. Mistakes do happen but when an accident does happen that is attributed to a little carelessness or lack of training i do not think that the customer should be held responsible.

I was lucky enough to have Michelle and Nick with my move. They were very polite and thoughtful taking the utmost care with my items. I will request them again to move me out of storage. Fantastic team

The three fellas you sent were the nicest I've dealt with in ages.

Not as much care as I expected was taken. A mattress was slightly damaged while pulling it off the bedframe instead of lifting it off, walls and corners were grazed moving furniture into the new house and a setee which already had some damage was further damaged, even after asking to be very gentle with that piece. The men were, however, very personable and I enjoyed meeting them.

Excellent crew. They wrapped everything and kept it well protected and was very quick and safe at the same time even moving from a third floor apartment to a third floor apartment. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The gentlemen that arrived were very professional and friendly. They had a can do attitude and made our dreaded move of our heaviest furniture a breeze. Thank you for your help!
