My moves are usually very long and when I realized that they charged per qtr after 3 hours, I was worried, but it wasn't that bad, price wise. Nothing was broke. A door was scratched up and some paint off the wall, but nothing serious that can't be fixed. The last movers I used scratched and broke a few things so paint this time is no biggy!!!

Originally booked a 3 man team, but 1 person had an emergency so only got a 2 man team. The 2 that did show up came early and worked hard to get everything done. They wrapped and moved things with care, so nothing was damaged. We had an odd install for the fridge, but the team worked through that with good ideas.
Only negative comment was the push to up-sell the hard wood protection. I think this should be included in the overall service. When using professional movers it is assumed they will not damage the house or your belongings.

I used your services 14 to 15 years ago and the team was awesome. This time the experience left me very unhappy and requiring me to call friends to help move the next day. I knew I would have some items, but not that much. After all, I lived in a 1 bedroom with a den apartment. The one worker talked more than he worked. He was very cordial, but I did not pay to have someone talk for 4 hours. I would not recommend them. Due to the first team yesrs ago, I would consider your company, but I would specify what kind of workers I want.

The two guys that helped with the move were very good and hustled. I was impressed with their work ethic and they did a great job! I am very happy with their work and would recommend your company!

My only complaint is that I submitted a request to be contacted about my move online and didn't receive a phone call or email within 24 hours. I followed up the next day with a phone call and was able to schedule my move.

Our movers were hard workers and very friendly. Nothing was damaged and all was put in the right place at new home.

Needed comprehensive move service on short notice and Two Men and a Truck came through.

The only thing I would suggest is that any hardware that needs to be removed be handed to the customer. (Screws, etc.) So as not to lose any small parts.
