The two movers who moved my belongings on Monday, May 7th were simply wonderful. They were on time, professional and handled my items with care. I have used your company twice before in another state, and have always been blown away with the company's professionalism. I experienced the same level of quality service during this move. (Whatever type of customer service training you are providing your employees, it is working). Moving is a stressful time, but it helps when you have professional movers.

The three man team was friendly, professional and curteous. They worked non-stop except for a lunch break. There were a few scratches but nothing major. I liked that the scratches were not hidden from me. Full disclosure. Moving is difficult but the guys made the day pleasant.

They worked hard! Very impressed. There were dings and scratches in fridge and washer and dryer though. At least 10 broken items in boxes also.

Dan, Daniel, and Mike were absolutely amazing to work with. I had never used someone to move our house. I always used friends or family to move me, but not any more. The office team recommended 3 movers instead of 2, and I'm so glad they did. Their professionalism, their work ethic, and their speed of service were all exemplary. The movers were not informed of the info I shared with the office staff. The inventory was obviously ignored. The 26 foot truck was not even close to fitting our needs. I rented a 20 foot uhaul and I still had to drive back 90 miles to get the rest of the stuff. Extra charge. Extra gas for the truck. The movers did not know about the piano. We had to wait for someone to bring the equipment to move it. The guys were not aware I had a storage unit to move. When I informed them and asked if they would like to see it as it was only across the street, they declined. I had great hopes of a smooth move after talking to the office staff, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Did I mention the team did not finish untill 830 PM? Sorry, just trying to be honest. It was not a good experience.

The two movers, Bert and Jackie were absolutely the best. They made our move to our new home a wonderful experience. I have already told everyone about my great experience. This is the second time I used your service and it was absolutely fantastic once again. I will use your service in any future moves!!!!

Those three young men were strong and very respectful. All three are hard working young men.

Worst moving experience ever! Cost twice as much as it should have. Doubt I will give any more referrals or use the service again.
