Samantha Miller is the General Manager of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Norwalk location, bringing both leadership and dedication to her role. A proud graduate of the University of La Verne and Azusa Pacific University, she has a passion for serving her community through exceptional moving services. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys an active lifestyle, frequently exercising and making lasting memories with her family. She is a loving wife and mother of three, and finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and kids. Samantha believes in balancing hard work with personal fulfillment, and always strives to create a positive impact both at work and at home.

Monica is the Business Development & Community Outreach Manager for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® East Los Angeles. In her role, she focuses on building strong connections with local businesses, apartment communities, real estate professionals, and community organizations throughout East Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. By developing these relationships, Monica helps introduce our services to more residents and businesses while strengthening our presence in the local community.

She is passionate about representing the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand and works closely with community partners to support local events, organizations, and initiatives that help make the moving process easier for the people we serve.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys staying active and spending time with her family. She values being involved in the diverse East Los Angeles community and enjoys connecting with local businesses and neighbors while representing a team that helps people during important life transitions.

Meet Melissa, our Sales Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Norwalk. Since joining the team in April 2018, she has brought over 10 years of customer service experience to her role. Melissa thrives on helping customers navigate stressful life events, finding great fulfillment in making their moving experience as seamless as possible.

Starting her career as a Customer Service Representative, Melissa’s dedication and expertise led her to become a Customer Service Representative Team Lead before earning her current role as Sales Manager. She takes pride in working for a company like TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® that values community involvement and giving back.

When she’s not at the office, Melissa enjoys relaxing at the beach, exploring hiking trails, or indulging in her passion for discovering new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie.

Brenden brings over five years of moving industry experience to his role as Driver Team Lead, supporting operations across multiple locations including Norwalk. Known for his reliability and leadership, he helps ensure every move is completed safely and efficiently. Brenden is passionate about teamwork and customer satisfaction. In his downtime, he enjoys working out and playing basketball.

Makenna Miller is an enthusiastic administrative assistant with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® at the Norwalk location, a reputable and industry-leading moving company. With a strong passion for organization and efficiency, Makenna ensures that administrative tasks are seamlessly managed, contributing to the success of the Norwalk team and its commitment to exceptional service.

In addition to her administrative role, Makenna is a dedicated safety leader at the Norwalk location. She understands the importance of a safe work environment and actively implements and promotes safety protocols tailored to the unique needs of the Norwalk operations. Her attention to detail and commitment to the well-being of her colleagues highlight her dedication to creating a culture of safety and excellence.

Outside of work, Makenna enjoys dancing as a creative outlet and a way to stay active. She also treasures quality time with her family, making the most of every opportunity to create lasting memories. Her drive for excellence, both professionally and personally, makes her an invaluable member of the Norwalk team and an inspiration to those around her.

He takes pride in ensuring every move is completed safely and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Jace is known for his teamwork and attention to detail.
