My experience from start to finish was phenomenal. After inquiring online,
I was called within 24 hours and spoke with a very friendly woman who was clear about the services offered and was able to quote me on the spot. Communication was great leading up to my move date. They confirmed with me the day before with more details on timing. Day of the movers were kind, respectful, and efficient!

The packing and moving team were really good. A did end up with a broken table, they must have hit a door and the side of the table cracked. and I'm not sure what to do about that. I could send you a picture. The other comment is that the team did not mark the boxes with what was in them. One of them did, but not the other two.
Other than that they were very courteous and worked very hard.

We LOVED our moving team! They were so kind and polite and courteous. When I tell people about our new home, I always give a shout out to: Two Men and a Truck!! (It was actually 4 men and 2 trucks !!!)

Confirmed service by 2 men and truck on Friday, 10/22. Was notified literally last minute on Saturday, 10/23 that 2 men and a truck won't show up causing HUGE inconvenience, another month on lease payment on top of a new mortgage. No satisfactory resolution provided, no manager on site, and it shows how messed up things are at the company by sending me this survey on service performed?!

Calling the office was pleasant, worked with me when escrow date was changed then changed again.
