The guys who came to move us were great, very hard workers, very respectful, as the furniture they moved was extremely heavy. The only piece of furniture that was injured in the move was my antique china hutch, one of the legs (curved foot) was cracked. But I am not really upset, that piece of furniture was very difficult to move at it so very heavy, with curved glass doors, marble shelf and over 7' tall and 5' wide.
Overall they did a great job, and would recommend your company again.

Nick and Fernando were spot on, they showed up with a smile and despite the extreme heat never stopped being pleasant, enthusiastic, organized, hardworking, courteous, and professional. Every item arrived safely and was put away correctly, a first for me, but I suspect business as usual for Nick and Fernando. They truly made a difficult day easy as possible. I am so grateful, thanks guys!!!!

The two gentlemen who worked our appointment were courteous, fast, responsive to all requests and on time. They stated they could do the move in the three hour minimum and did. They are a great team - give them a raise as they represent you well

The gentlemen were awesome and they were very polite. I was amazed how fast they loaded and unloaded my belongings. The company itself was assuring. The communication was fantastic. It can be very stressful moving out of state. Your company did a great job in assuring me that they will take care of everything. I am still unpacking but nothing is broken so far. That is good to see. I would highly recommend your company to others.

Promised three men, two showed up. Promised to have a second truck available, it wasn't available for another six days. Promised to send damage claim information, didn't send even after me requesting twice.
The office team is excellent in making promises, but the task gets dropped often somewhere along the lines.

8-9am start time was delayed until noon, then 230, then 430, but still wanted to end the day at 6pm. Would be sweet to move a house in 1.5 hours but I doubt that would have happened. At a time when I needed this completed, I we left hanging. I had to scramble and pull some strings to get a truck and a football team to get this completed. Maybe I should have just done that in the first place.
