They were very fast, and helpful in packing up boxes. So much so that some boxes were still in process, and they loaded souvenir glasses that I was going to carry.

Unfortunately the souvenir glasses were broken in transit.

Moving team was excellent, highly recommend. Office team started out as 5 Star but fell with lack of follow-up on a credit due for unused box return and credit for packaging material not delivered.

Movers were too casual in their behavior and use of language during the move. Some light profanity was used when they thought they were out of earshot. Two of four of our Movers inquired about gratuity after they leaned we did not give a tip. Approximately six pieces of furniture were not 100% wrapped during the move which resulted in some dime-sized dings and bruising of the furniture. Not the end of the world, but seemed like it could have been easy to avoid. Order included garment boxes but they movers did not arrive with them. They were delivered later though.

Overall experience was acceptable. I will hold my final recommendations until the furniture claim is resolved. To date I have not heard back from the company regarding the claim. Thank You

We had very a horrible experience with your packing and moving teams. They were disrespectful and unprofessional. They did not complete packing on the day of packing and on day of move did not move our children’s cribs first to allow us to get our kids settled as we requested to the office, operations manager and moving team. All of the belongings in our dressers were not packed. The packers and movers both said they don’t pack dresser drawers - then the flipped all the dressers upside down during the move spilling all the contents inside the dresser such as medicine, files, cameras. They did not put up any protection to walls or floor as stated by the office. And scratched multiple paintings. They took apart chairs and furniture and did not reassemble. At end of night cursing at us.

Paid for 6 hours and the move took 4 hours. However before the boxes were moved to the correct rooms I signed the contract and the movers abruptly left. Service agreement said there would be runners to protect the carpet but this wasn’t done. Movers dragged furniture on the ground and scratched the bottom of the wood instead of working together to ensure the furniture didn’t touch the ground. Attitude was fine until the end when apparently they didn’t like our tip amount. Also said they had to get back to the office for another move which we found out was untrue. Overall expected better service for the price. The only good part was that they were fast but at the risk of harming furniture. Office staff said they would look into this and I haven’t heard back.

We hired Two Men to handle both packing and moving. The packing job was acceptable. The moving was horrible. Roughly $2,000 in damage was done to our old house by the movers who made no mention of the issues they were having to us. Lastly the movers told us that they left behind “two things” when in fact they left behind two ROOMS worth of things.

The movers were very careless with my property. They tried to force items through areas that they clearly could not fit. My couch was damaged during the move and I have called the office multiple times and left multiple messages and have not received any response about this issue. The movers also left before all of the furniture was moved into the house. My dining table was left in the garage after I asked them multiple times to bring it in. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service that was provided. I would like to this company to do the right thing and compensate me for the damage to my furniture.

Wood shelving wasn’t really situated the way it was before which caused some damaged to the property. Very heavy items were stood up as apposed to laid down like last time which led to materials falling over when leaving.

Other than the loss of one 3-way light bulb, the guys that moved me did a great job. They has to overcome some obstacles, but did them with no problems.
