Nolan and the two men who worked with him on 4/27/20 (I forgot their names) did an amazing job moving everything in a quick, efficient manner. They even wore their masks most of the time. Thanks so much!!

After taking time from my own schedule to report my concerns and disappointment with your company, it is extremely disappointing to have received no response from management. I have moved 29-30 times in my lifetime and this move was one of the top three worst experiences.
I contacted the company due to your sterling reputation, giving me more concern for the extremely poor performance of movers

The two young men were very good at moving big pieces of furniture in tight spaces. They were clean, careful and very considerate. I had a great experience with the move and with the employees. Thank you for the terrific service. I will use your company again.

THESE MEN DESERVE A RAISE! Seriously, they were awesome. They were efficient, friendly, humored my toddlers nonsense when she got in the way, they were honestly the best team I’ve had with this company, this is the 8th move with you guys and I’m hoping I’ll get these two again if I ever have to move in the area again. Lance and Anthony were on time, courteous and professional. They carefully padded and wrapped each item. They warned me that the wardrobe we wanted to move might not survive the trip intact, but still did their absolute best to get it there in one piece. When they were done moving everything in they cleaned up all packing materials before leaving. Would definitely use them again!

Movers were on time, thorough & efficient w/my office move. Have used them before & felt inclined to use this company again.
Due to the current COVID-19 issue, they arrived without masks as promised. Company did apologize w/reason of running out of masks.
Filing cabinet & stand up desk sustained damage. They are not responding to my damage claim in a timely manner! Now have concerns for damages!

The moving team was polite and caring for both moves on Monday and Thursday but they need more training in being careful to protect furniture and not scuff walls. 2 refrigerator handles were scuffed and now have marks/ wheel broken off of dryer/ dresser with white mark/ other dresser with scratches . Glass already packed was dropped and broken. Some things were handled very carefully though.

Really enjoyed my experience and can’t thank you enough for the fabulous service with my recent move. From my initial estimates on the website, to scheduling, to actually moving on Saturday it all went smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended!
