The packing team was very nice, no complaints on their attitude. However, they broke unknown things (they told my wife about a Mason jar, but we are cleaning up ceramic pieces and not sure what broke). They told my wife (who signed final) that they started at 0830, I have call log of where they asked for gate code at 0850, they didn't get started until 0900. They missed items. No paper on fragile

I was able to change my moving date without a problem. The team arrived as expected and they were very efficient and professional. It was an overall easy move for us and we appreciate everyone's efforts. Thank you.

Hector and Jordan were so courteous, efficient, careful, and fast. The whole process from start to finish was really great and I would absolutely use this team again. Rhiannon in the office made the reservation process so easy and they even accommodated a two week acceleration if my move without a second thought. They ended up coming in hundreds of dollars under the estimate. 10 out of 10.
