This was the 3rd time I used your service and the 1st time I was disappointed. I had household picked up and put in storage and than moved from storage to another location after 2 months. The guys that picked up were good. I worried about the way some things were wrapped. The guys that picked up from your storage and delivered to house complained and blamed all issues on the previous guys. They told me several times how they were from phoenix office not Tempe. When they arrived, I told them where my leather couch would go and they said, what leather couch. The office found my couch and brought to me. There is some furniture damaged, and no one has come to fix. I'm missing a step ladder as well. My first 2 moves were great, very very disappointed and not sure if I could recommend.

There was scratches on wall and one big dent where they hit with my furniture while going upstairs. They did not take ownership of the problems which is not acceptable.

Chris was fantastic, hardworking knowledgeable Etc. The 2nd guy I think his name might have been Hector was also very hard-working and friendly but seemed new. The third guy a huge overweight very friendly black guy was obviously brand new and didn't know anything about what he was doing. He was constantly dropping things and banging my furniture into the walls and one of my beautiful living room chairs was seriously damaged. It is part of a matched pair and I cannot replace them. I have used two men before in another state and was very pleased. This time I was not. I specifically told the office to give me three very strong experience guys because all of my furniture was very expensive and instead they sent me at least one novice who was not even as strong as he looked. I filed a claim

As a repeat customer: For close to $500 to move a one bedroom; that took less than the two hour requirement; I regret hiring. The stress caused before and the day of move in was unnecessary; with several phone calls from this company that kept moving my allotted time, multiple times. The day of move in I received a call from the driver hours before my allotted time that he was on his way. I called the company and left a VM as they weren't open (AM). I didn't receive a return call to sort this mistake out. I had to recall the driver myself. This resulted in them being 30 min. late. The movers were nice which is the only good thing I can say. Yes, things were broken but that happens with most moves. I received no apology when I expressed my displeasure and concerns.

Sofa went into wall & caused whole.
Charged $260.00 twice & had to be refunded. Man sent to repair wall did a bad job. No real communication from management. No sincere apology, or discount, or offer for special rate on next move. The movers were good guys too me, some people would probably complain about two of them but I'm easy going. Thank you.

My parents used them before and had great movers. When I used them the movers where slow. It's almost like they saw it was a smaller job so they took their time to get paid more. They also scuffed a wall at the place I was moving from.

Two men and a truck made my moving a great experience. They took care of all my stuff. The guys were very respectful and professional. I just learned yesterday that an Exit sign in my building is broken. Maintenance told me it was my moving company. Two men and a truck never let me knew that had happened. So I'm not sure if they were responsible for that damage.
Overall the service was amazing.

I have too much stuff... But the movers handled it with a smile. The worked hard, efficiently, and most importantly carefully to make sure all my belongings got there in one piece.

Great service very professional. I fore sure call them on my next move. Very satisfied!
