Donna, the inside coordinator communicated clearly all details and had excellent follow-up! Even the field manager stopped by to see how my move was coming! I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

This was a difficult move culminating in my falling at my new home. The movers immediately called 911, following their directions on keeping me calm and not moving. The paramedics arrived and the movers explained what had happened and then continued to do their moving job. Fortunately I did not have to go to the ER. The moving team continued to check on me every 5 minutes until my son arrived. I am forever grateful for their calm care and concern. They took over and finished my move without any further direction from me. Great job well done. Amazing team! This was not in their job description and they were wonderful.

Several pieces of furniture were damaged and the movers didn't point this out when they delivered the furniture. We sent pictures of the damaged furniture to the corporate office and we are waiting for the repairs to be completed.
