Only surprise for us was the tipping piece which is a bit awkward and something you should cover with your customers.
We thought your team was excellent but felt uncomfortable about tipping at the end of each day and therefore felt compelled to tip more than we otherwise would have considering we knew we had the same guys coming back the next day and wanted them to be happy and eager to finish the job.

I called Two Men and A Truck and was greeted warmly by Vanessa. I was able to get the movers for Saturday, April 21 arriving from 730-830 which is exactly what my daughter needed. There were actually 3 men and they arrived before 830 and could not have been nicer or more professional. Dennis, the crew chief brought Reid and Chandler with him. All 3 guys were very friendly and efficient and careful with everything. Reid and Chandler asked to wash their hands before handling my daughter's off white linen headboard! Who does that! Two Men and a Truck, that's who! The manager, Chris, even stopped by to see how the move was going. I was very impressed from start to finish and would definitely hire them again for our next move of any kind. Thank you Two Men and a Truck! You are great!

Movers came 1 1/2 hrs early when I had called to ask for later time because irrigation We hadn’t finished packin & needed that time I had to make additional trips with stuff we didn’t hv time to pack & last minute boxes 2nd I specifically asked lead guy what to do abt lg pic with no glass frame & paint swirled up so easily it could be chipped off if anything rubbed against. He said best way to shrink wrap I didn’t notice till a trip to storage that not only wasn’t it shrinkwrapped nothing on it to protect it & things were laying against it 3rd I got the largest unit & guys said plenty of room. I said if u can get big stuff in back to leave some room for last minute things so I could move around a bit When I opened unit there were things right up to door but a whole empty spot in middle. I

Our moving team, led by Daniel, was just Off The Charts. Very professional; very efficient; very cooperative; took obvious care in dealing with our furniture and possessions; and all three men had a great attitude. Tough move (all second floor, with a winding interior staircase) that these men handled well and cheerfully.

The guys were very nice and courteous but acted surprised that it was going to be a “full move”. Everything went fine except they left numerous items behind at the old residence for which I had to rent another truck and make two separate trips in order to move all of my belongings.
