Don
Since I had a referral, I was pretty comfortable with hiring Two Men and a Truck. Not that I had any reservations about using them, but you exceeded any expectations that I had. I was very impressed with the fact I received a phone call telling me that they were on their way. The team that I had was very friendly and very hard working. They took great care with my furniture and belongings. It was also very nice to receive 2 phone calls during the move asking if everything was going well. To say the least you do not need to learn about customer service. You should be teaching customer service to other companies regardless of profession. I have already told many people how great a job that you people do. Thank you for all that you ALL did. Don

I believe I was significantly over charged give past move, limited amount to move. Especially supposed need for second truck, which involved shrink wrapped 4 shelves on rollers that literally had to be rolled down to truck and in to garage.

<div>Thank you for your feedback, Kurt. We base our estimates off what we are told over the phone and ask for specifics. If we don't get an accurate count to what is going and how many stops the crew will be making, it can throw the estimate off. Daniel and Manny were excellent. They listened when I had a request or explained why it could not be done as according to contract. They moved my items in record time. All was handled with care. I was very satisfied with their service as was my sister who moved a year ago and highly recommended them.
