I had used Two Men and a Truck before and had an awesome experience. This time not so much.
Response
<div class="bv-review-response-container">
<div>Hello Jamie and thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. It appears that upon arrival, our movers discovered that you had more boxes to move than stated on your original order. Although this will obviously add to the amount of time your move will take to complete, we require our movers to be flexible and understanding about last-minute changes. One of our managers will be reaching out to you to discuss your move, but if you wish to contact us, please call 623-847-6683.</div>

Andre
The survey is self explanatory. Although I did get a misquote online and an office staff member reached out and cleared that up. The young men who did the move were great. My impression is that they work well together.

Stuart
Tasha did a fantastic job answering my initial call and making sure all of my questions were answered. She was extremely courteous and professional, which gave me confidence that we had found the right company for our move. On moving day, Jared and John arrived on time and worked very hard getting our items loaded on the truck. They were also very courteous and highly professional. They took great care to ensure that all of our items were secured properly and safely, I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Two Men and a Truck. The entire team from the office staff to the movers performed magnificently. I am very grateful for a job well done. Your staff is a great credit to your organization. Thanks again!
