The office staff was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The moving team was on time, friendly, efficient, and so helpful — even when Capstone was not as accommodating as we had expected. The move team remained extremely professional and courteous at all times.

The moving team was amazing! They helped us transition smoothly throughout the move and worked diligently the entire time! I would highly recommend to anyone considering moving in the future.

It was a refreshing experience consulting with Tammy on setting up this move. She is efficient, professional and caring.
Keel and Blake are also two professionals. They were extremely courteous, very accommodating, handled the move items efficiently and gently. I would recommend this team to anyone!

The movers were great. Manager came out and botched the delivery size. Stuff got left behind because he underestimated how much we had. Then I got charged an extra $700 for weight going over.

We had a TV that broke during the move and they were very kind to talk to their boss about making it right. 10/10!

Anthony and Jordan were very pleasant to be around while moving. They packed everything well and didn’t rush, yet packed the truck steadily. They were very polite and thorough with loading and unloading.
