Mover Service was good... It was very difficult to hear or understand the mover since I'm hearing impaired...

I shared a full email of my experience with the local office. Overall we got the items moved and that was the main thing. I explained in detail what we needed and the movers seemed to be unaware that they had to remove wheels from the units. They refused to help with the wheel removal and my partner and I moved the units out of the room they were in all they way to the front door. This is what I was paying 2 Men for. After we got them to the door, the 3 movers had to get them on the truck and to the final destination which was a total of 15 minutes away. Over 3 hours later they arrived. No sure why it took so long. I could have easily moved this with 3 men. But I didn't want to, that's what I hired 2 Men for. Overall very unsatisfied and felt overcharged for services I got.

Your team did an amazing job. The two young men could not have been nicer or better at the job.
They quickly understood how uncomfortable my 84 year old Mother was having leaving her home of 28 years and treated her wonderfully.
